Linux Systems Administrator required. Working with RedHat Enterprise Linux based systems, joining a key team of specialist engineers who provides a large data analytics platform to the client. The team is now expanding so, we want to hear from you! You will have a background in systems administration as well as established GFS2 clustering skills.

-Liaise directly with the customer with ongoing project work or any live issues and upcoming project work

-Work closely with DevOps/Architect community

-Meetings with architects, the customer and vendors in preparation for pending upgrades
-Good Red Hat Administration skills. Building block. (currently on Version 7.) Candidates with strong SUSE Linux or Oracle Linux may also be considered.
-Clustering knowledge and skills.
-GFS2 knowledge and skills.
- Holds or is able to attain SC level security clearance due to the secure nature of the building and sensitive date held on the client's systems. This requires 5 years continuous residency in the UK and other factors to be discussed on application.
-SAS Platform Administration & Configuration knowledge and skills.
-Knowledge/Understanding of Cloudera and Hadoop systems.
-Knowledge/Understanding of Splunk and Protegrity software.
