Due to continued success, an established independent Letting Agency in Central Brighton require an additional Lettings Consultant to join their team.
This is a varied and fast paced role within the property industry.
To be considered for this role previous experience working within Lettings would be ideal.
The role involves handling management of properties with tasks as maintenance enquiries from tenants and landlords, conducting property inspections, business generation, turnaround of tenancy management and office administration.
The main focus of the letting’s consultant will be responsible for arranging and attending property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing new lets and booking valuations. You’ll also be required to assist the administration of your lets prior to move in. You’ll be required to ensure the high levels of customer service and care are maintained at all times!
Driving license is essential, there is use of a company car for conducting viewings or mileage / petrol contribution for use of own car.
There is an in-house lettings software which you will need to updated and maintained as part of a team, so communication is key to this role.
Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 + uncapped commission (no ceiling on the amount), + Access to the company pool car for appointments.
Working Hours – 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri,
Saturdays 9.30am – 3pm (summer only)
