Connect2Law are seeking driven, experienced and financially motivated salespeople to join their new business team.
This is a business development role and will require someone with the ambition to identify, target and develop new accounts and build strong client relationships. You will be selling a range of legal products in the conveyancing space. Working from warm data, you will be tasked with winning new business in a B2C format. This opportunity calls for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record and experience converting a myriad of leads to revenue.
We are looking for a proven sales professional with at least two years telephone-based direct sales experience or customer-facing sales tucked under their belt. Joining an existing sales team, the successful applicant will be equipped to hit the ground running and convert prospective leads into committed clients. Whilst full training will be provided, the successful applicant will join the business with a strong foundation of sales skills that they are ready to build upon.

As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Targeting prospects over the phone
- Confidently winning new business and securing commitment
- Accurately creating bespoke quotations
- Hitting and exceeding KPIs
For this Business Development Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years proven B2B/B2C direct sales experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ambitious, driven and target orientated
- Strong work ethic- a 'no nonsense’ attitude to sales
The Package for this Business Development Executive role:
- £24,000 base salary with a highly competitive, uncapped OTE
