As our In-House Lawyer / Legal Counsel working in the Global Team, you will report directly to the General Counsel and will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of legal matters in the areas of commercial contracts, regulation, data protection, IP, general disputes and risk. There will be emphasis on providing commercial advice on a range of contractual matters across jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with and support various key departments, including B2B Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, and R&D.
As you might expect, drafting and negotiating a range of contracts, including B2B customer agreements, supply partner agreements, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, engagement letters and NDAs will be a large part of the role. You will also be expected to advise on a range of other subject areas, including ground transportation regulations and data protection and privacy obligations; to contribute to a range of internal legal projects; and to assist with the development and maintenance of the company’s internal governance policies and procedures.

- In-house experience – either as a full-time employee or secondee
