We are currently seeking a Lecturer in FE Early Years to join our Health and Life Science Department based at our Salisbury Campus. Within this role you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the FE program, delivering outstanding teaching, assessment and ensuring that students each their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, less and assessment plans, contribute to the wider enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rate, grades and value added. The successful candidate will hold a relevant Early Years qualification and have experience in the Early Years industry. You will also hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification and will have experience in an FE/HE environment. With an engaging approach, you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
