LECTURER IN MATHS
Hours: Full time (37 hours)
Salary: £30,108- £34,713

As such, we are looking to recruit a lecturer to join our Skills for Life team in the delivery of Maths to a range of students taking vocational qualifications. You will mainly deliver Functional Skills or GCSE to a variety of different sized groups and should have relevant teaching experience in Skills for Life and possess the following qualifications:
•Level 2 Literacy qualification & Numeracy qualification
•Level 3 Numeracy qualification / equivalent or above
•Level 4 / 5 Subject Specialist qualification in Numeracy or willingness to achieve
•DTLLS/ PGCE or willingness to achieve
The ability to communicate, motivate and understand the needs of young learners is essential. A good knowledge of learning disabilities and/or difficulties is desirable.
