To help ensure that NCFE is fully compliant and that the business has a strong and robust governance infrastructure we are looking for a Quality Improvement, Risk and Compliance Leader to join our team and provide specialist compliance expertise.
The QIRC Leader will be responsible for internal quality via our audit, risk and compliance assurances. You will be accountable for undertaking and managing numerous internal audits across the business to evaluate levels of compliance against our regulator’s needs.
You will be accountable for collating evidence for our statement of compliance submissions to our regulators and determining the validity and veracity of that evidence.

The Quality Improvement, Risk and Compliance (QIRC) team helps to ensure momentum in our internal continuous quality improvement, risk and compliance journeys and to create, drive and embed our regulatory relationships and frameworks in relation to our awarding and GDPR.
Our main functions are:
- supporting teams in helping secure overall business excellence
- providing the business with specialist expertise and direction and regulatory and compliance leadership
- managing both our communications and relationships with the regulators
