We are seeking a Lead Practitioner for our specialist children's home in Kilmarnock. Due to expansion we are looking for the prominent post of Lead Practitioner to assist with the management of day to day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
The Lead Practitioner will work alongside the Residential Services Manager to instil our team with the vision and values and ensure the organisation continues to achieve its desired quality standards. You will build relationships with the children and young people and be a driving force in their journey towards achieving positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will be fully SSSC registered and hold the relevant qualifications at degree level or managerial level.
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to have a full driving license for more than 3 years.
