Junior People Business Partner
Location: Kent Office
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Comparison Technologies have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior People Business Partner. This role will sit within our People Team and reports into the People Business Partner. You will be focusing on fostering a great culture and making an already great place to work, even better through partnering with junior management to support on all People matters by providing advice, insight and supporting all People processes.
We are Comparison Technologies, a business specialised in finding the best deals available in energy, broadband, mobile, digital TV and breakdown insurance. We take in industry data and provide slick customer experiences to help people choose the right home services for them. We also help partner organisations do this for their own customers. We are pretty good at it, but we will not stop until we are the best.
Junior People Business Partner Responsibilities:
•Ensure that the correct documentation and data is verified and maintained on file for all employees in a timely manor
•Support and coach line managers to manage performance issues to a positive conclusion, ensuring the correct process is consistently followed, all queries are responded to and, where possible, resolved in a timely manner
•Actively support all employee relation cases ensuring the correct process is consistently followed and all appropriate follow-up actions are taken as well as making sure all documents are issued on time and filed accordingly
•Identify high risk employee relation issues and escalate to the People Partner
•Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within the People Team function
•Provide support for companywide initiatives such as PDR’s, RTW, pay reviews, exit interviews as needed
•Provide advice and support to employees, responding to all queries
•Keep up to date with relevant legislative and industry developments
Junior People Business Partner Requirements:
•You will have solid transactional/operational (procedures and policies) HR experience as well as being able to come up with new ideas for efficiencies to help us be even better as well as experience working in a fast paced environment with lots of people moves ideally in a call centre or retail environment.
•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus
•Good influencing skills
•Great at building trust and relationships across all levels within the business
•You pride yourself on your integrity and honesty
•You are extremely organised and efficient
•You have the ability to ask for support if you need it and speak up if you need help from your team
•You are agile and adaptable and love change for
•You can demonstrate how you have built internal relationships and trust by adding value through your role
•You have experience in a fast paced environment with lots of people moves ideally in a call centre environment
•Ideally studying or already qualified with CIPD
