They are part of a marketing activation group and stand out as a global leader in shopper marketing and retail branding, with a huge focus on in-store and on-pack visual communication. Their passions lie in the art of using design to amplify brands in the most effective and efficient ways possible. They offer strategic direction and design integrity to give brands global scale; specialising in packaging design, the creation of variant extensions, design roll-out, strategic development and art direction. They are based at impressive offices on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre, with plenty of parking.
About the Role
As Junior/Middleweight Graphic Designer, you will work across branding, brand development and conceptual designs for a range of on-pack visual communications, for leading UK brands. You will enjoy working on conceptual and design projects, helping your clients solve creative problems on the shelf and out of home. This will include on-pack designs, branding and POS. You will immerse yourself in your client's brand and become a guardian of the visual language.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A portfolio of exciting work for well-known FMCG brands
- Strong ability to interpret briefs and come up with adventurous ideas
- Confident in contributing your ideas and striving for the best solution
