The Headof eCommerce is responsible for the strategic direction and sales performanceof the Jo Malone London UK Ireland online business. This encompasses jomalone.co.uk/online retail partners and Pureplays.
Tobe successful in this role you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen. Youwill be able to demonstrate a solid background in acquisition and retentionmarketing, particularly within a multi-national corporate brand. You willhave excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work withmany stakeholders both locally and internationally. As a dynamic leader youwill possess the skills to motivate and lead your team to success.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
•Defineand drive the strategy for the UK ecommerce business in order to achieve salesobjectives while preserving and building brand integrity.
•Fullresponsibility for online PL
•Planand execute marketing and promotional calendar
•Investin optimal marketing channels to ensure strong ROAS
•Ensurealignment with global brand vision whilst maintaining local relevance
•Participationin brand leadership team
•Fullmanagement of the jomalone.co.uk define strategy to increase reach, furtherincrease traffic and sales conversion
•Ensurealignment with regional/local Brand Marketing strategy and activation plans
