Our client, Intouch with Health enables NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations to manage all aspects of hospital patient journeys using digital patient flow management software in line with CQC recommendations. Intouch has over 100 Hospitals using our solutions across the UK, Australia and Eastern Europe.
They are looking for team members to join our technical and development team, for a fast growing, friendly but professional Healthcare IT Company, supporting the sale and delivery of solutions across the UK, Australia, Eastern Europe and Canada.
•2nd / 3rd line hardware and software support
•Support for external customers as well as internal staff
•Installation and configuration of hardware (touch screen kiosks, digital signage)
•Implementation and configuration of software (web site applications, integration solutions)
•Good general IT knowledge
•Computer hardware and networking knowledge
•Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
•Experience with IIS and SQL Server
•Ability to write basic SQL commands
•Excellent problem-solving skills
•Strong English (written and spoken)
•Customer service experience
•£20 - £25k basic salary (dependent on experience)
