ShortList Recruitment are on the lookout for an IT Administrator to join a well respected Charity based in Wrexham.
The IT Administrator will be responsible for providing telephone and remote desk support for all aspects of the business, as first-line support for members of the team.
The IT Administrator will log all faults, keep users updated on progress and completion of all IT-related incidents and ensure first class customer service at all times.
- Essential skills:
- Windows 10 and desktop support
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Video Conferencing Technology
- Previous experience in an IT department
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communicator, must be confident on the telephone
