Description Position Purpose This is a critical role in the operations organization to ensure standard and consistent data entry related to production process orders, shopping carts and shipping and inventory management. This role performs a wide variety of specialized and general administrative duties, both manual and computerized, that are required to receive inventory, issue inventory, count inventory, stock supplies and manage materials in SAP. This role will also serve as backup for the clerical work management roles within CMMS (maintenance). Principal Accountabilities 50% Production Accounting •Entry of goods movements •Monitor and resolve SAP errors •Technically close process orders (TECO) •Ship and receive raw materials, finished goods, and MRO items in SAP •Review and process production related documentation (ISO, production documentation) •Provide accurate and timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly operating reports Plant yields Production efficiency Operations/ production statistics Safety reports Reliability Excellence (RE) metrics •Provide budget support to area managers by understanding and monitoring expenses 25% Purchasing and Inventory •Process regularly scheduled inventory cycle counts Finished goods Raw materials MRO items •Perform ad hoc inventory cycle counts as needed Finished goods Raw Materials MRO items •Safely operate a fork lift and other powered pallet moving equipment •Create Purchase Requests and Shopping Carts in SAP 15% Accounts payable through good receipt and service entry processes •Research and resolve location Accounts Payable (AP) issues Parked invoices Blocked (quantity/ price) invoices •Create and approve service entry sheets (SES) 10% Other duties as required •Resilience and agility will be required to tackle the types of problems that arise This position is posted internally as well as externally Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Working knowledge and experience using SAP Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities, provide sound solutions Basic knowledge of math/accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prioritize with a keen sense of urgency and take appropriate action Demonstrated expertise in multi-tasking, handling projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environment Effective problem solving and decision making skills (aligned with Discuss, Decide, Support behavioral capacity) Ability to work cross functionally across all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion with desired results Ability to work independently Strong integrity and moral principles aligned with Cargill's Guiding Principles Occasional travel as required (typically less than 10% of time) Effective communication skills (written, oral, verbal) Occasional physical activity including standing and walking for several hours at a time, climbing stairs and lifting approximately 55 lbs.
