Our client (a major insurance business) has recently kicked off a significant IFRS17 programme and is now seeking a Programme Office Manager to join the team to set up a PMO from scratch.
The ideal candidate will have experience of building out a PMO from the start within a similar major finance transformation programme. Any experience of facing off to a major consulting house would also be beneficial.
You'll be required to work closely alongside the Programme Manager to bring governance and structure to this major market driven initiative. You'll need to be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and you will ideally have insurance experience in your background.
Any experience of setting up a PMO for a regulatory driven change initiative, especially within finance, would be beneficial.
