Due to their continual growth, multiple opportunities have arisen within their office. They are now on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant with relevant experience to join their vibrant and fast-paced team.
About the role:
As their Admin Assistant, you will be involved in a range of duties to provide support to their existing team including:
- Checking and processing sales
- Directing inbound post / emails
- Checking customers supporting documents
- General office duties such as scanning & filing.
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Insurance background would be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a high volume
- Ability to prioritise to work efficiently.
- Ability to work in a team or by yourself
- Strong organisational skills
- Good level of competence in IT
- Flexible attitude to deal with changing day to day requirements
