Key skill you will have:
* A competent level of knowledge of all Microsoft packages
* Good written, oral and communication skills
* A competent level of knowledge of the internal computer system and procedures
* Insurance sector experience
* General knowledge of the Insurance market and legislation requirements

* Mid-term adjustments/cancellations: -
* Process Payments and advise clients on the different methods
* Creating Letters/memos
* Deal and mange complaints
* Daily banking reporting
* Supporting other offices with phone calls
* Daily administration tasks
