ESOL Instructor Newcastle – Riverside Dene £21,319 - £22,525 (for part time posts salary will be pro rata in accordance with FTE) 37 hours per week, 1.8 FTE, Fulltime Permanent Closing Date: Tuesday 30 April 2019, Ref No: NCLXO409739 Newcastle College have exciting opportunities for ESOL Instructors to join part of their Adult Education Team. The roles will involve instructing adult ESOL students in the workshop or computer lab to learn English as a Second Language. The successful candidates will be working with large groups of adult learners from Pre Entry to Level 2 in mixed-nationality groups. Other responsibilities will involve teaching, reading, writing, speaking, listening skills as well as grammar and vocabulary and preparing learners for Skills for Life assessment with learners who are often vulnerable adults and require pastoral care.
