How you’ll make an impact…
This role will be responsible for managing the Milton Keynes based Inside Consultancy Team. The objective of this team is to support our business partners (accountants and bookkeepers) in the migration of their customers from desktop based software to the Xero platform.
Our work with partners is at volume and although this is by no means a ‘call centre’ management position, we do have to provide supporting and enthusiastic management capabilities in order to get the best quality AND volume of engagement out of the team.

We’re looking for an experienced people manager ready to take on their challenge. At Xero, we all help each other out in this team, so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in!
You will have experience of leading a team within a high volume engagement environment with the ability to motivate, incentivise and support team members to be the best they can be and achieve high performance.
This role will be great for a manager focussed on external engagement and driving results as you’ll manage each member of the consulting team on a daily basis ensuring their short-term objectives are achieved through maintaining a set of team KPI’s and reporting on performance regularly to your peers and the Partner Services Director.
You will have top-notch relationship skills and will build a strong team relationship with other Partner Consulting Managers to achieve strategic objectives.
This role may suit someone with experience in any of the following industries; Software implementation, Consulting, SaaS onboarding and deployment, CRM, Finance, Accounting or Professional Services Management.
This role is accompanied by a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus a commission element.
