ICT Network Manager
An ICT Network Manager is needed to join a charity based at their head office in West Yorkshire, with its values drawn from the public sector and Directors appointed on a voluntary basis. The ICT Network Manager will be one of the two Trust Network Managers and joint technical lead for the entire trust.
The organisation has a proven track record, as well as the educational expertise, capacity and experience to secure transformational change and sustainable academy improvement in the schools which it supports through sponsorship. It is currently responsible for the leadership and governance of over 45 academies including infant, primary, secondary and free schools. They are now looking for an ICT Network Manager to join their busy and growing team.
Joining as the ICT Network Manager your day-today activities are purely technical. You will manage the entire project life-cycle. Therefore, the successful ICT Network Manager needs to have a strong drive and determination to see the project through to the end. You will be reporting to a Line Manager and therefore will not need to manage a team. This role would be perfect for an individual who is ready to take control of their own projects.
To qualify... You should be a ICT Network Manager / Network Manager / 3rd tier / Line Engineer / Line Manager or similar who can demonstrate:
- Experience working on large projects;
- Having a commercial background;
- A team player attitude;
- Ability to manage a heavy workload;
- Problem solving and innovative thinking;
- Ability to work efficiently;
- A high attention to detail;
- Great communication skills;
- A good understanding of value for propositions.
Education sector / commercial background would be desirable.
