About the Job
A well-established bespoke manufacturer and installer of air conditioning and ventilation is on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join their team based in Rhuddlan, Rhys, North Wales.
With over 30 years' experience, they specialise in the design, production, servicing and maintenance of air-conditioning, ventilation, dust and fume extraction, gas… you name it - they provide it all.
Their clientbase include retail establishments, offices, schools and hospitals across North Wales and the North West.
About the Estimator Role:
- Estimating projects and small works
- Sourcing & procuring materials and plant
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within the agreed budget
- Creating risk assessments and method statements from templates
- Creating operation and maintenance manuals from templates
About You:
- Previous experience in the HVAC sector
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to deal with contractors, consultants, builders and end users
- Good level of IT skills (e.g. Excel, Autocad)
