IDBS is on an exciting growth journey and to support that growth we have an opportunity for a temporary HR Manager to join the team in our Guildford, Surrey office and cover maternity leave.
You’ll be a commercially minded HR professional, capable of acting as a business partner by embedding corporate (Danaher) and IDBS HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and coaching to relevant internal client groups to drive business growth.
As we’re growing, you’ll be partnering with Danaher’s talent acquisition team to source, interview and hire talent into key areas such as software engineering and scientific consulting. You’ll also support the development of all our employees through the delivery of defined HR training programs in areas such as D+I, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
To be successful you’ll need strong project management skills, excellent HR knowledge and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and champion all aspects of the employee lifecycle in this generalist role.
Although this role is fixed term for one year, as IDBS is growing this opportunity could lead to career growth either within our business or the broader Danaher family.
