As our HR Assistant you will work as part of a busy HR team to provide operational and administrative HR support to our two Leamington studios whilst also supporting the team with strategic HR projects and people initiatives.

The ability to work in a confidential manner and handle sensitive information discreetly and responsibly is a necessity.
CIPD Foundation Level qualification, or equivalent enthusiasm and HR experience is desirable.
As our HR Assistant you will:
Support the team with HR administrative tasks relating to the employee lifecycle
Produce correspondence, reports and other documentation ensuring these are accurate and in accordance with approved templates.
Provide first line HR support for basic HR queries relating to the HR database, annual leave, sickness and HR admin in a timely manner.
Respond to correspondence to the department, including reference requests, mortgage requests and requests for general information. Ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Assist the team, when required with the coordination of training requirements and administration
Support the team in delivering diverse HR projects as necessary
Assist with the production of Monthly HR reports detailing key HR metrics and have the ability to analyse HR data to provide meaningful observations as required.
Maintain employee sickness and Bradford Factor data and ensure supporting HR documentation is completed for these.
Produce ad hoc HR Reports as requested.
Keep HR department processes up to date, and pro-actively contribute towards the continuous improvement of internal HR processes for the business.
