My client is looking for HR Assistants/Administrators to join a lively, busy team

The role will involve:
Being part of the HR Shared Services team, providing support to all employees and managers within the business. A Service Administrator is the first point of contact for the resolution of HR queries and requests that are received via telephone, email and workload reports.
To take personal responsibility for high quality and accurate query resolution to deliver a quality service to customers within the agreed SLAs.
This will be delivered via thorough knowledge of the processes, procedures and various HR platforms, with excellent and efficient execution of a right first time mentality.
Applicants will have an excellent stakeholder/customer engagement ability to ensure the best possible service is provided.
Individuals should be flexible and will grow to operate across a range of processes and procedures. This role is a great place to learn about the HR Administration service.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience within a role that is heavily admin based
- Be available for the full duration of this assignment
- Have high level working knowledge of Outlook, Word.
- Be confident in using Excel
