Housing Lawyer needed in £24ph ref 402343
This is working full time hours on a temporary basis.
To provide a high quality and comprehensive legal service on all aspects of law relating to the area of housing with particular reference to tenancy possession in succession and housing fraud cases, and in housing disrepair, Knowledge and experience in access and nuisance injunctions, injunction beach proceedings, and homelessness cases in the Civil Courts is highly desirable. The candidate will be responsible for, (and will be required to demonstrate some experience of) providing legal advice to housing clients, undertaking casework and delivering a client focussed service including: preparing and processing all matters relevant to the work of the team such as conducting a large volume of housing management cases, drafting all necessary documents including pleadings, the evaluation of evidence, instructing counsel, interviewing witnesses, and instructing counsel. The candidate will be required to have experience of appearing in open court or in chambers on litigious matters.
