To advance our talent agenda, this role collaborates with our global Talent Acquisition Innovation Center, which will be at the heart of creating and executing our hiring strategy across the globe.
We will look to our new Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the way on the development and execution for digital marketing, talent attraction strategies, and sourcing campaigns to identify and select talent for our business. They will embrace technology and the value add that it brings to our door, whilst never losing sight of the power of the personal connection; they will build close relationships with the hiring communities to build campaign strategies and programmes to source talent for high-volume recruitment projects to senior executive hires; they will thrive on being part of our culture, evolving our culture and being comfortable in challenging our status quo.
