We are seeking a passionate and organised Head Chef for this fabulous Wiltshire boutique Hotel and Brasserie. This is an opportunity to make your mark with a thriving business alongside a General Manager who has achieved great success so far and now wants to achieve significantly more for the business.
As the Head Chef you will have the freedom to write your own menus, with a focus on seasonal, local ingredients from the region where possible, so if you love classical cuisine with your own modern twist, then this is a genuinely fantastic opportunity.
Our contemporary Brasserie is open for Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week.
Passion, drive and stamina to achieve success are all required for this Head Chef role, and your background should demonstrate these qualities. You should come from a background focused on fresh food and ideally with an element of Banqueting and functions as this is an integral part of what we provide our guests. You could be in a Sous role, looking for the next step in your career or you might be a Head Chef currently and looking to improve the quality of the food you are producing.
As a Head Chef you will have excellent administrative skills including rotas, COSHH, health & safety, recruitment, team appraisals, mentoring junior chefs, ordering, stock control and a background detailing successful profit management and analysis.
