What you'll be up to The first two weeks will involve a technical induction giving you the foundations of knowledge to begin your journey. You’ll attend an external coaching session, meet with your line manager and network with our wide range of trainees, managers and partners. You’ll then get stuck into some tangible client work learning the principles of Audit. Upon qualifying you’ll progress to an Associate where you’ll begin taking charge of a small team supporting the next generation of newbies. What we're looking for Being numbers savvy is a myth; you need great attention to detail and a knack for following processes within legislative guidelines.
