What is Robotic Process Automation?
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Intelligent Automation (IA) is a non-intrusive software tool used to create, deploy and manage digital workers. Robots (digital workers) can eliminate timely data-entry, manipulate applications and communicate with other systems to replicate human interaction. They allow human workforces to free up their time to focus on less admin heavy tasks and the creative areas of their jobs. Your part of this process could be at all stages of the development process to improve all areas of business.
Thanks to the increase in productivity of their workforce, our clients have not only saved money and eliminated costly human errors, they’ve also increased job and customer satisfaction. Our RPA consultants are improving processes in all different sectors departments. There is no limit to where an RPA consultant can work as RPA can interact with almost all interfaces and apps.
As an RPA consultant, you could be involved in all areas of the software lifecycle starting at identifying the processes with your business analysis skills, planning the project, developing the solutions, managing stakeholders, testing the processes, measuring the ROI and configuring beyond deployment.
81% of the world’s top 2000 companies have already begun their RPA journey, now is a great time to start yours!
Where can RPA take me?
Many experienced RPA consultants go on to become Project Managers, Business Process Analysts, Centre of Excellence Managers, RPA Solution Architects, RPA Team Leads or even Business Change Managers. Some develop further in to Intelligent Automation and become Artificial Intelligence Engineers.
