Executive Search Consultant for Financial Recruitment Consultancy based in City of London. Year one earning expected £35,000. Basic salary £23,000. Working with board level professionals. Graduates.
Working for a recruitment firm (who specialises solely in finance) based in the city of London, you would be joining a strong team who specialises in the recruitment of board level professionals - (c-level) across London, New York and Singapore.
Daily you would be overseeing the recruitment process for clients such as Nomura, HSBC, Apple and Astro Zeneca. This would typically entail meetings with them in their London (or UK) offices. You will also be expected to research candidates, understand their histories and why they will be suitable for your clients recruitment drive. Your candidates would be very high net worth individuals, so, even as a graduate/ entry level applicant you must be able to communicate effectively.
To be suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

You will have
- 1/1st in a financially related degree (or business related)
- A’s and B’s at A Level

This role is suitable for a graduate.
You will be rewarded with a £23,000 basic salary alongside a commission structure that should see you earning around £35,000. You will be based in London but some international travel will occur. Other incentives are performance driven; such as away days, champagne breakfasts and charity days.
