Centric HR is recruiting for a Governance Officer on behalf of a social housing provider based in the West Midlands.
An exciting new role has arisen for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual, in an organisation that has significantly grown over the past year. The post holder will have the unique opportunity to develop this role together with the organisation.
As Governance Officer, you will work closely with the executive team including the CEO and support on a range of corporate governance requirements including statutory compliance, corporate policies, high quality board support and board appraisals. You will be expected to uphold and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and support the business on governance matters, as such any experience or knowledge of housing regulations would be highly beneficial.
Who are we looking for?
The post holder will have significant experience in a senior administrative role and experience of supporting committees or a Board of Directors / Board of Trustees or equivalent.
The successful person must be ready to hit the ground running and deliver in a new, exciting but challenging role.
