We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Specialist to join our Global Business Coordination department at our Head Office in Tamworth. You will be a key part of a hugely ambitious technology programme, working to build and also deliver outstanding training experiences to colleagues.
You will work with the Training Manager and you will operate within the global training team. The ideal candidate will have a background in training material creation and end user delivery. You will have the ability to understand systems, build training material and be comfortable driving success through delivering this training in an energetic and engaging manner to an audience of international users from a wide range of backgrounds.
You will act as a custodian of our Training and Development strategy, constantly striving to find opportunities for improvement in every area. You will be responsible for liaising with and translating from technical to non-technical teams, in order to ensure that new concepts are understood across departments and teams. Ensuring that all training materials created, and training sessions executed, are suitable for the relevant audience will be your top priority.
As this role is part of a global team, there will be some requirement to travel internationally, primarily within Europe.
• Experience in a Training & Development role
• Experience in creating effective training materials
• Business writing skills
• Excellent communicator with a proven track record of being able to successfully and effectively lead meetings, training sessions and workshops with varying levels of hierarchy
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
