An award-winning international architectural firm based in the heart of London, have a new opening for a talented, ambitious Personal Assistant/Project Administrator with perfect fluency in French language skills to a native level. You will be part of a prestigious company which deals with a vast array of international architectural projects.
Within your role you will be responsible for providing first-class support to the Business Partners and their dynamic teams. You will be involved in the day to day office management, screening calls and emails, meeting and greeting clients and guests. Part of this role will also include translating correspondence from English into French and vice-versa and liaise on a daily basis with French and English speaking clients.
You will have previous experience dealing with travel expenses, organising meetings, electronic diary management and typing as these duties will occur on a daily basis. It is essential for you to be a confident, well-spoken individual in English and French, as you will be dealing with high profiles and members of the company. As a French speaking PA/Project administrator it will be essential for you to have knowledge in architectural projects, experience within construction or design environment as well as having a strong eye for detail.

- Fluency in written and spoken French and English to mother tongue standard
- Previous experience as a PA, Personal Assistant, Team Administrator, Team Assistant or Bilingual Secretary is essential
- A good understanding of the architectural sector and project-contraction phases and lifecycle
- Experience of translating documents between English <>French
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with positive and calm approach
- Flexible, methodical and able to multi-task effectively and manage own workload/deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision is highly advantageous
