This is you, and we need your stand out customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena as the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager. Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar retail or food and beverage leadership role with the ability to display excellent guest care skills.
As the Food and Beverage Outlet Manager you will be responsible for the strategy, customer delivery, focus on quality and maximisation of profit of the three hotel food and beverage outlets which also help support the Ricoh Arena. The Ricoh arena is a multiplex business which is home to Wasps RFC, Coventry City FC and an established music, conference and exhibition business. The Hotel itself was refurbished in October 2015 and boasts 121 guest rooms including 50 queen rooms with stadium views of Ricoh Arena!
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying up to £28,000 depending on experience.
