The Company: I am currently working on behalf of an Independent Financial Advice Group based in North Leeds who are looking to add an IFA Administrator to the team. I am looking for an experienced IFA Administrator who can come in and support a group of Independent Financial Advisers and the Wealth Management department. This is an opportunity with an established and reputable business where staff are provided support to develop their skills and gain extra qualifications, in addition to receiving an employment package designed to retain and reward staff.
The Role: Working as part of a team supporting Independent Financial Advisers; in investments, pensions, life assurance, income protection and critical illness; dealing with straightforward issues on own initiative and dealing with complex issues with some guidance.
Duties & responsibilities include:
• Processing new business
• Setting up adviser charges and producing invoices
• Preparing accurate review packs and valuations
• Liaising with clients and product providers
• General administrative duties in relation to group pension arrangements
The Person: Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role, show they can communicate effectively with an excellent telephone manner, and organise their own day to day activities.
