Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: management of a small team of Finance Assistants; allocation of work load; monitoring performance and payment processing; monitor client banking; respond to and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and banking; monitor monthly reconciliations; cash book reconciliations; banking.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a strong background in reconciliations - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
