. A fantastic opportunity is available for an BPO - Finance Manager in our Finance team. Summary Works closely with the Central GPOs team, representing a specific end-to-end business process and sub-processes that are part of Operating Model. This role will support the deployment of Operating Model activities (mainly LER and Buy/Sell), facilitating change management, aiding UAT, EUT etc ensuring adherence to standard process and continuous improvement based on internal and external best practice. Responsibilities / Accountabilities Leading the Operating Model activities from BPO to the specific deployment market. Supporting local markets in preparation phase (GetFit support & follow up), gathering the questionnaire and supporting Fit Gap sessions Supporting change management in the market – ensuring the market makes the necessary change management activities to ensure a successful go live Providing support to BPO with localisation including documenting local solution in SOP or User Guides and helping with testing phase (UAT – solution walkthrough and users support) Supporting Super Users through Hyper Care (including the first month end). Ensure the design standards are followed by all areas Ensure that each solution aligns to the business requirements (documented via User Requirements specification) but at the same time ensures that any business needs driving a requirement for customization are strongly challenged and options for process redesign are considered. Where customizations are needed the justification is documented and endorsement by the central BPO. Drives delivery of specific master data elements and simplification and standardisation of those data. Supports the Local Management (local project owners and super users) in achieving their implementation objectives Participates in the definition, execution and approval of system testing from a business perspective. Works closely with the GPOs in the resolution/review of issues, risks and business impacts for the owned process. Proactively and on on-going basis identifies internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process In agreement with the GPO, defines measures to be used to gauge process adherence in live sites. In agreement with the GPO, defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to be used to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant processes when applicable. Professional Qualifications/ Experience Previous operational experience in relevant roles. Finance Background, preferably in Buy/Sell Markets however not essential Good SAP knowledge (preferably both implementation and in business use) Good end to end knowledge of relevant business processes Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills (fluent English is a must), organisational ability and strong presentation skills Experience of managing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. Ability to influence individuals outside own reporting lines. Determined and resilient to identify resolutions to issues within own span of control. Calm under pressure, action orientated, organised and disciplined. Able to easily interface and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals – having a “can-do” approach and style of operation.
