Field Technician / Site Inspector – Roofing (CC674)

Location: East Midlands - Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire.

£33K - £38K Basic + £2K Realistic Bonus + Company Car + Healthcare + 5% Pension + Dental + Benefits

My client’s solutions have been utilised on a number of large commercial projects both in the UK and overseas. They have developed a solid brand and have come to be associated with excellence and high quality systems.

Due to their expansion my client now wishes to recruit a Site Technician to join their business and help reinforce the companies drive to offer a total quality solution.

POSITION

Operating from a home office you will cover the East Midlands region and be responsible for:-

• Ensuring my client’s high performance flat roofing systems are installed to manufacturer specification.
• Conducting regular site visits throughout the life of the project ensuring it meets quality standards.
• Providing installation training to a network of operatives.
• Product demonstrations.
• Supporting the sales team when needed.
• Overseeing site inspections for your region.
• Creating accurate reports upon completion of all site inspections.
• Assisting and liaising between operatives and building contractors.
• Liaising with multiple company departments to ensure correct onsite procedure is followed.

PERSON

The ideal candidate will be based in the East Midlands area and possess both practical and technical flat roofing experience.

The successful applicant will be required to provide installation training to a network of operatives/approved contractors and be instrumental in the smooth running of major projects.
