Faculty Administrator - Vocational

Salary Range: Up to £18,054.00 pro rata per annum
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Term-time only and Full-Time
Hours: 37 hours per week (days worked if part time)/ TTO 38 Weeks
As this is a Term Time Only contract, the salary payable will be adjusted on a monthly bases for contracts starting after 1st September each year.

SGS College’s Vocational Faculty has an exciting opportunity for an administrator within the Health, Beauty and Education Learning Area at our Filton campus.
Key responsibilities of this role include the support of staff and students within the curriculum with general administrative tasks, providing first line communication with members of the public on general enquiries and producing statistical reports as required. You will also be responsible for organising and managing confidential information and filing systems.
