About the Job
As the Facilities Manager your duties will include:
- Predominantly facilities duties such as resolving office maintenance/technical issues and liaising with building management;
- Health & Safety - renewing insurance policies, booking PAT and FRA, maintaining security systems;
- Covering front of house;
- Some minor bookkeeping for office expenditure and expense, managing petty cash, reviewing statements;
- Sales and logistics support;
- Website maintenance and updates working in custom CMS
- PA support to CEO & Co-Founder;
- Project Support;
- Event Coordination;
- Basic troubleshooting of technical problems, liaising with tech support as needed;
As the Facilities Manager you will have the below qualities:
- Previously worked in a Facilities based role with knowledge of Health & Safety;
- Able to process expenses (but not essential);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to learn quickly and desire to show initiative;
- Italian/French speaking (But not essential)
£28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits
The role of Facilities Manager is to work in the property team to manage the London Headquarters and Gallery facilities, front of house and you will also be providing a small amount of PA support to the CEO & Founding Partner and coordinating events and exhibitions worldwide.
