Monitor compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies/requirements. Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers (airlines, trucking companies, and others) Evaluating vendors at defined intervals, focusing on areas of possible improvement with corrective action plans where needed. Customer service Delivery best in class customer service to our customers at all times. Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, pro-actively monitor shipment in-transit and keep customer appraised with regards to arrival times, delays or transit issues and help to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations at all times. Ensure all communications are professional, timely and appropriately handled using the best medium, for both internal and external correspondence. Ensure all documentation is supplied in a timely manner to customer and/or broker for customs purposes. Ownership to ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the DLSOP and no instructions are kept outside the agreed process/location. Excellent email management – All emails to be responded to timely and where required holding message sent. No emails to be left overnight without a response. Visibility / Milestone Management / KPI’s Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency. Track and trace shipments as required. To ensure pro-active customer communication. Work solely from the Air Export GBO Workflow and AOG Inbox Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems, as per the operating process standards. 100% compliance with the use of holds & credit limits Before leaving each day a complete check of the workflow is complete and any exceptions are dealt with before the day end. Meet KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures. Ensure all process holds are followed up every 24hrs. Service provider Management Contribute to maintain strong relationships with our Service Providers and approve payment of their invoices timely. Compliance Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements. All communication pertinent to a consignment is printed to edoc. Finance All charges associated to consignments are noted within a DLSOP and in AIRRTS. Support with accounting queries as required/requested (BNP, Cass, Write off’s, etc..) Personal Development: Complete company standard 52 hours training per annum. Attend training classes when required. Complete mandatory training when required. Contribute to team and/or department meeting.
