Estates Officer Early Shift
£16,490 to £18,906 p.a.
(Salary appointed on dependant on skills, experience and qualifications)
Our client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic person with DIY skills to join their Estates team in order to ensure their vibrant and developing campus is safe and welcoming. The role is varied with duties to include locking and unlocking the college, setting up rooms for classes and events, moving furniture, delivering goods around the college, and undertaking minor repairs and general maintenance.
You will have good communication skills and be adaptable in your approach to changing priorities. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but equally comfortable working alone and using your own initiative.
Previous experience would be beneficial but training will be provided. Own transport is essential.
- Monday to Thursday 04.45 - 13.00. Friday 4.45 - 12.45
- Saturdays 6.30 -17.30 (on a rota basis)
