As an Estate Operative you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

The Estate Operative role reports to the Regional Manager and the Development Manager.
You are approachable and engaging in your current role of Estate Operative with previous experience working in support roles such as Concierge, Caretaker, Cleaner or Administrator. You are highly organised and have an excellent telephone manner with strong customer service skills. You enjoy undertaking a “hands-on” approach to your role where no task is too big or too small for you.

To report any internal and external maintenance issues and be conversant with yearly site maintenance, health and safety scheduled programs
Assist in the overall day to day housekeeping duties and upkeep of leisure centre area and block entrances
Refresh and deep clean responsibility of leisure centre facilities and equipment
To monitor contractors onsite, with emphasis on Health and Safety
To assist the management team and recommend supplies and tools required, to allow works to be undertaken to a high standard
Proactively look at ways to improve Site Standards
To be fully conversant with emergency procedures such as Flood, Fire, and Gas Escape
To be able to operate various cleaning tools and equipment for housekeeping duties
Knowledge of plant room equipment and to keep track of housekeeping stock and advise the management team, when to order additional supplies or equipment
To take the appropriate action and liaise with the emergency services where needed, to protect the residents and development
Skills and Experience
Excellent communicator with the ability to build good relationships quickly
Previous experience working for a leisure centre will be ideal but not essential
A no job is too big or too small attitude, someone who is willing to learn and take on new task
Friendly, energetic with good customer service skills
Previous cleaning and maintenance skills
