What will you do at OYO?
- Develop external materials that engage our hotel partners and their teams
- Craft content for partner communications relating to process changes, tech updates, consumer marketing announcements that may impact hotel teams
- Assist on plan to build brand advocacy with partners with a laser focus on retention and maintaining our reputation as the world’s fastest growing hotel chain
- Align internal teams to our brand message, ensuring a smooth experience no matter the department that a hotel partner is dealing with
- Work with senior stakeholders to implement an external communications plan that is measured against overall partner happiness
- Be the central point of contact for ad-hoc asset creation, working with field based Operations teams to support our overall partner engagement efforts
What you will bring to OYO?
- Experience working in operations, marketing or consulting - ideally in a central/HQ function
- Outstanding use of the written word
- Excellent attention to detail

- Process oriented, self driven and ready to take new initiatives
- Ability to priorities effectively to meet deadlines
- Bring ideas to the table and be prepared to own them
- Strong Google Drive, MS Office proficiency
