The EMEIA PAS Centre of Excellence for Innovation and Technology mandate is to accelerate the innovation and technology transformation across our PAS business in the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Area. If you are looking for a new challenge in an innovative environment within a rapidly growing business, read on. **The opportunity** A new team is being formed to specifically focus on activating assets and tools from our innovation teams across EMEIA. They will be responsible for working with leadership in our 10 EMEIA Regions to enable local client facing teams to generate incremental revenue through use of key PAS assets. The team activities span the full spectrum from supporting business case development and roll-out plans, ‘product’ launch, pricing, and compliance approvals through to marketing, awareness and training activities as well as KPI and feedback tracking. We are looking for an experienced asset / product launch specialist to join this new team within the EMEIA PAS Centre of Excellence for Innovation and Technology. This is a strategic enablement role working with our client facing teams and is intended to help them sell PAS services in a different way, embedding the assets we have as key parts of our overall solutions. **Your key responsibilities:** + Developing a go-to-market roll-out plan for agreed assets + Assisting with the development and deployment of innovative go-to-market materials and sales tools to the wider practice and sales force including the training and communications necessary to upskill the sales force + Establishing the appropriate sales, revenue and margin targets for inclusion in business cases for new offerings + Product pricing – collaborating with asset owners and Regional teams to create market relevant pricing strategies + Develop activation KPIs / OKRs and report back to leadership on activation progress relative to agreed metrics + Provide assistance to the broader EMEIA practice to increase the number and quality of client conversations as well as improve conversion rate + Assessing and removing barriers that stop our solutions getting to market, including obtaining data privacy, quality and legal approvals as required. + Developing internal communications to share success regarding progress being made in the market. + Support gathering feedback on the tools from the Regions and consolidating to feed into the future product roadmap development **Preferred Skills and attributes for success** + Track record of successfully launching new products across multiple Regions / Countries in EMEIA + Experience developing go-to-market strategies for assets / tools within professional services + Experience developing asset / product pricing strategies + Proven success managing multiple stakeholders in complex matrix structured organisations, and across a range of cultures / countries + Strong understanding of broad range of technologies and ability to quickly pick-up / learn about new technologies and innovations as they develop + Experience of enabling sales of technology-based solutions, ideally in a professional services and / or partnership organisation + Experience of a team‐based model of business development, working with and assisting client facing consultants, business development and markets managers + Understanding of professional services and how assets and technology can complement existing services **To qualify for the role you must have:** + Experience launching and growing technology-based assets / products across multiple countries (ideally in EMEIA) + Educated to relevant degree level **Ideally you’ll also have:** + Highly organised and results oriented + Strong project management skills + Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to utilise relationships to uncover and develop opportunities + Ability to communicate a message effectively + Ability to quickly grasp complex products and broad service offerings + An opportunistic mindset and ability to quickly identify opportunities to promote offerings in the market + Ability to work at both a strategic and delivery level + An innovative and creative approach to asset activation and growth + A high level of drive and commitment to delivering high quality work + A structured approach to problem solving + A passion for technology and desire for continual learning and self-improvement + Innate sense of curiosity to learn about new things and figure out solutions to challenges + Flexibility and openness to ambiguity + Strong verbal, written and presentation skills + The ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of project managers, software developers, data scientists and subject-matter professionals as well as Marketing and Communications colleagues from across PAS and EY **What we look for** We look for individuals with an entrepreneurial attitude, an interest in innovation and disruptive technologies with creative, practical problem-solving skills.
