About the Role: To be a successful Senior Sales Engineer at HeadSpin, you need to have experience in a Sales Engineer or other customer-facing role such as Presales, Product Management, DevRel, and be passionate about technical sales and working with customers. Ideally, you are ambitious and self-motivated, have experience with application performance management technologies and techniques and have worked as a developer at some point in the past, preferably in the mobile space. As a Senior Sales Engineer at HeadSpin, you will be responsible for providing world class pre-sales technical support to the sales team. Working directly with customers you will be the subject matter expert on application end to end performance management and HeadSpin. You will be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations that directly address customer pains and emphasize HeadSpin’s industry leading solutions. During the sales cycle, you will lead the proof of concepts, demonstrating HeadSpin’s ability to meet and exceed customer requirements, often in the customer’s production environment. You independently manage the timelines of multiple concurrent engagements successfully. Finally, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to share your knowledge and experiences to ultimately improve our business and our customers’ success.
