We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented marketing specialist to be part of Rocket Software's Global Demand Generation and Revenue Operations teams. As an EMEA Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for event management and planning, campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each event and campaign, list management, and producing social media campaign content. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is detail-oriented and has strong project management and communication skills. This role provides good exposure to other areas of Rocket's business and offers many learning and growth opportunities for the right candidate.
- Work collaboratively with EMEA and US-based marketing and revenue operations teams including demand generation, corporate events, creative services, product marketing, digital, etc.
- Plan and execute on marketing and demand generation initiatives across digital and non-digital channels to achieve business goals and objectives including leads, meetings, pipeline and bookings.
- Research, recommend, manage and plan EMEA's including details such as staff identification/recruitment, signage, catering, location, invitee list(s), special guests, audio and visual equipment, promotional materials, etc.
- Ability to develop and maintain target list segments to maximize campaign results.
- Work closely with local sales resources to ensure alignment on priorities and needs.
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business, or professional marketing qualification.
- Minimum of 3+ years of marketing and event management experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and highly-collaborative team environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to build productive business relationships.
- Independentthinker with ability to execute a high-level strategic direction and achieve desired objectives and results.
- Strong organizationand prioritizationskills.

- Travel required mainly for events - 20%.
