Sitecore is looking for an agile Sr. Manager, who is capable of providing financial visibility to Sales Leadership and influencing business decisions.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a strategic thinker with strong technical proficiency, and significant experience in systems and financial reporting. This candidate is expected to translate and analyze complex data sets, to produce and have full understanding of all company financial reporting, to derive insights, and communicate company performance and trends to all levels of the organization.
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to build consistent and actionable management reporting tools and processes that provide visibility to key operational and financial performance metrics.
This will require the ability to understand Sitecore’s data (e.g. financial and headcount data, billings and order data, CRM data), design reports, analyze data and communicate results effectively (to all levels of the organization) to support business decision making.
Management reporting: Establish actionable reporting structures and provide consistent and timely reporting. Lead efforts to automate and provide self-service access to reporting wherever possible.
Financial Analysis: Provide thoughtful analysis of financial and operational performance metrics, including explanations of performance relative to prior periods, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance
Presentation Materials: Support communications with Senior Management, the Board of Directors through the preparation of clear, accurate, and actionable financial presentations materials.
Systems support: Support the transition to and implementation of systems and tools that improve our ability to execute FP&A objectives through the documentation of business requirements and participation in user acceptance testing. Serve as a super-user of key FP&A and Financial Reporting applications.
10+ years of FP&A, Sales Operations or Business Intelligence related experience with a record of increasing responsibilities and achievements.
Software industry experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to delivery under tight deadlines.
Skilled at building relationships with executive business partners.
Strong excel skills and experience with ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence tools.
Experience developing dashboards as well as the ability to learn new systems and tools.
Adaptive insights and Power BI experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and knowledge of corporate finance and budgeting/forecasting concepts.
Must be a self-starter, team player with positive energy and ability to successfully work across global teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and departments, and to communicate at all levels of the organization.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
