Are you looking for a new opportunity within engineering, and are you wanting to work for a leading textiles manufacture in Leeds! Elevation are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with strong PLC experience to join a textiles manufacturing business based in Leeds.
Our client is a well-established business who have a family feel to them and who can give you the opportunity to join a great engineering team! Reporting into the Engineering Manager you will be looking after reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
Shifts: Days role Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - with Flexi Time
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will need to have previous experience with the below:
*Recent relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment
*Strong electrical/mechanical knowledge and experience with fault finding and repairs
*Mechanical skills - installations and repairs
*Previous experience working with reactive and ppm's
*Previous experience working in a maintenance engineering role
*PLC control experience - fault find and repairs
*Knowledge and experience of AC DC's
Qualifications and skills needed:
*Apprentice trained engineer with NVQ or City and Guild Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
*Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and in a maintenance role
*Ability to manage your own workload and be part of a team
*Excellent attention to detail
