What we do:
In London, GlobalSign is developing its Atlas identity platform, forming the core of GlobalSign’s current and future products. Our platform is designed to scale to the needs of IoE and major cloud deployments, being capable of issuing billions of identities, with industry leading performance. Built to meet existing and future web standards and compliance rules, it is capable of servicing any scenario where strong identity is required.
This role is part of a critical green field digital transformation project focused on replacing the legacy Business Support Systems with a modern platform, built on an industry standard foundation, shifting from an entirely on-prem to hybrid on-prem + cloud architecture. It is an opportunity to redefine many of GlobalSign’s business processes, leveraging modern SaaS components, to create a compelling story from sale to support. You will be part of an agile team based in London and reporting to the Director of Development.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside our other business analysts, you will:
- Perform requirement gathering and analysis for all business processes
- Lead review of current business processes and develop optimisation strategies
- Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders for acceptance
- Work with key business stakeholders to understand prioritised, detailed delivery requirements
- Breakdown requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Convey to the business why change is taking place and who will be affected
- Work with business departments to deliver required business process and operational change
- Liaise between IT teams and business stakeholders
- Analyse the design of technical systems and business models
- Perform data analysis against the core data flows
- Commit to quality whilst performing and co-ordinating user acceptance
- Organise training materials, workshops and train staff on new systems
- Document and communicate using various Business Analysis tools
- Ensure delivery of solutions that meet business needs and requirements
- Work with each business department to ensure change is embedded
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in IT business analysis or a related field
Experience of user-centred design for content-rich e-commerce web sites
Experience of working with teams that use React for building user interfaces (of benefit)
Experience working on Salesforce CRM implementation projects (of benefit)
Experience working on business transformation projects on a global scale
Experience working with senior decision makers
Experience of working as part of an Agile Scrum team
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Advanced technical skills
Excellent documentation skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
A track record of following through on commitments
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
